If you sometimes run out of ideas for salads, then this could be helpful at times like that. Here is a quick and simple recipe for a fresh vegetable salad with parsley herb. You can make this salads the way you want too, you can put the vegetables in the order you like. You can even add more of the vegetables that you might like or you can take some out of the list. First of all you’ll need a Mixing Bowl that you like to use for making salads in. Then make sure you have a cutting board ready. A clean and sharp knife is going to be needed also. At the same time it would really be more easy and much faster if you would have a simple vegetable slicer. Anyway, the ingredients that you will need for this recipe are 1lb of Fresh Tomatoes, 1 long Fresh Cucumber (not waxed, but if it is waxed, then peel it), 1 simple fresh bunch of Italian Parsley, 1 fresh Avocado, about a 1/4 of a cup of Unrefined Sunflower Oil (local Russian Food stores should have these, try to find the Koobanochka brand because it smells awesomely delicious), about 1/2 of a medium Fresh Onion, 1 table spoon of whit wine vinegar, and then you’ll add salt to your own desired taste (about 1 table spoon). So, I gave you the list of vegetables, all you have to do now is clean them up and dice them up into 1cm by 1cm by 1cm cubes or into 1/2” by 1/2″ by 1/2″ cubes. Or you can cut them up into sizes that you like best. After you put all of them into the mixing bowl, then you can add the oil, vinegar, and salt. Make sure that you cut off the sticks of the parsley herb and throw them away or give them to your farm animals. For this salad you need to try to use only the leaves from the Italian Parsley and don’t forget to cut them up into small pieces (a single leaf size or half of a leaf size should be perfect). After you have put all of the ingredients into the mixing bowl, you can mix it all up very well and enjoy it.
